Horizon Dining Table

The Horizon Dining Table was commissioned by a couple in Edinburgh as a statement piece for their dining room. At an impressive 3 metres long and 1.2 metres wide, the table was handcrafted from solid pippy oak, with the character and natural figuring of the timber taking centre stage.

The substantial oak top is paired with a powder-coated steel base, creating a clean, contemporary contrast while allowing the beauty of the timber to remain the focus. Rather than letting the remaining material go to waste, offcuts from the table were used to create a matching pippy oak mirror for the dining room, tying the two pieces together and making the most of this exceptional timber.
